Brodie commenced with Parker Precision during the final stages of his carpentry apprenticeship and upon completion, was retained by Parker Precision. Over the subsequent years, he has continued to develop his skills working across various roles within Parker Precision, growing as a leader and in 2021 was promoted to Project Manager, a role which he holds today.

“A great part of my experience working at Parker Precision has been watching the company grow. When I started here, there were only 6 people. Now we have over 50 and are set to continue growing for the foreseeable future. Whatever challenges the day throws at me, I am always ready to tackle them head-on, knowing I have a great team to rely on. 

One of my favourite moments working here at Parker was as an estimator, having the opportunity to price a large project of ours and during that time period being promoted to PM and having the opportunity to later manage that same project. The opportunity to work with all aspects of this project has been very rewarding.

My tips for new staff are to get involved with the team and put yourself out there. I am a great example of someone who has developed his career from apprentice to project manager. Parker is a company that promotes from within and genuinely wants to help their staff become successful”
