The project involved the full construction of a complex timber roof, from installing structural beams and precisely placed trusses to integrating custom elements such as window frames, truss chords, and capping beams. Curved ceiling joists, fascia beams, roof battens, and LVL reinforcements were carefully installed to achieve both the desired architectural form and long-term structural integrity. Internally, VJ panelling and structural plywood linings were fitted over the trusses, resulting in a durable, high-quality ceiling prepared for the next stage of interior finishes.
